Your Shout is all about making sure young people have a say in their health and social care. When it comes to young people's services, who knows better then young people themselves? You can help make real changes to health and social care services, such as sexual health clinics, drug and alcohol programmes through to support for young carers and those with disabilities.

You can:
- Join a forum (held in East, Mid and West Kent), discuss the issues you want to talk about, and help make changes
- Become a mystery shopper, Make sure Doctors Surgeries and Clinics are accessible and young person friendly
- Get involved in online discussions, take surveys, help shape how we work and get involved.
