The Kent LINk is gathering patient and carer experiences about NHS hospitals / clinics, mental health services and ambulance / patient transport services in Kent. If you have had an experience of these services, either as a patient or a carer in the past six months, the LINk would like to hear from you.

The LINk has published three questionnaires - one for hospital / clinic services, one for mental health services and one for emergency transport. The questionnaires are available in hard copy on request via the contact details below or visit the websites:
